Health Check-up includes

• Ante-natal care of all pregnant women
•  Post-natal care of nursing mothers and care of the new born and
• Care of children less than six years of age.

Various health services provided to the children by the Anganwadi Worker include the following - Regular health check-ups, recording of weight, management of malnutrition, treatment of diarrhoea, de-worming and distribution of medicines particularly on Village Health & Nutrition Day .
