The Women Helpline (WHL) is a 24×7 toll-free service that provides both emergency and non-emergency support to women. The helpline is integrated with the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) to ensure coordination with police, fire, and ambulance services, as well as One Stop Centres (OSCs) for legal, medical, and psychosocial assistance. Women Helpline is functional at the state level as well as across 30 districts in the state.
